Enter your credentials, specialties, service radius, and accepted payment types. Verification takes 1–2 business days.

Receive match alerts
Get notified by email or SMS when a patient posts a request that matches your specialty and ZIP radius.

Submit your bid
Review the request details and submit your best price for that slot. You can bid on as many or as few requests as you like.

Get paid

We verify your medical license, NPI number, DEA number (if applicable), malpractice coverage, and any board certifications. This typically takes 1–2 business days and is done entirely online.
You can only bid on request categories that match your credentialed specialties. This protects both you and patients from scope-of-practice issues.
Patients who cancel within 48 hours of the appointment without rescheduling forfeit their MedBid convenience fee. Rescheduled appointments transfer the bid automatically so you keep the slot filled.
The patient pays you directly, onsite, for the full agreed price when they arrive for their appointment. MedBid never holds or processes that payment, so there is no ACH transfer or waiting period: what you bid is what you collect.
No. Bid amounts are only visible to the patient who posted the request. Competing providers cannot see each other's bids.
